Display color space

The next viewer control is a color space pulldown menu. Final Cut Pro supports standard dynamic range (SDR) and several high dynamic range (HDR) color spaces. These include Rec. 709, Rec. 2020, Rec. 2020 PQ, and Rec. 2020 HLG. The pulldown selection for the viewer should match the Library setting that you are currently using. This way the image you see will match once imported into Final Cut Pro. A Rec. 2020 PQ viewer setting may be optionally displayed with or without tone mapping (automatic color space correction).
